DELIVERY DRIVER

Work Term: Seasonal (End of September), part time; 7:30am - 12:30pm.

Wage: $23/hr

Berrymobile is a Vancouver-based distribution and marketing company, promoting fresh local fruit produced by B.C. farms to retailers across the Lower Mainland.We are Fresh Experts and we want you to join our team of hard-working, passionate people at our growing business.

This is a great opportunity to work individually and with a team of amazing individuals driven by their commitment to deliver fresh fruit directly from farms to their customers. Our seasonal operation is open every day from June to the end of September/October. If you have your Class 5 Driver’s License, 3 years driving experience, clean driving record and are comfortable with a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

General Duties:

- Pack and deliver daily orders for wholesale clientele
- Plan most efficient and safe travel routes while obeying all provincial driving laws and road regulations
- Ensure delivery paperwork and payment is collected
- Provide constant communication with Warehouse & Dispatch Manager




- Pick up orders from local farms to our warehouse
- Will be driving a 3 -ton truck
- Other warehouse duties to be assigned when required

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Be punctual and organized and be able to take initiative
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
- MUST HAVE DELIVERY DRIVING EXPERIENCE (DRIVING BIG VANS/TRUCKS)
- MUST have a smartphone and hands free headset with texting and/or data plan
