What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

- Has 3+ years of automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Is motivated by performance-based compensation
- Understands that successful automotive sales are built on relationships, follow-up and exceptional customer service
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Takes ownership of their customers and their results
- Is organized, self-motivated and dependable
- Works well as part of a team
