AAGZ Part-Time Customer Experience Representative (VR Arcade) — Kamloops, BC

All Around GamerZ Virtual Reality Arcade is hiring a part-time Customer Experience Representative to join our Kamloops team. We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable person with 3–5 years of customer service experience and an interest in gaming/technology.

Job Type: Part-time (10–20 hrs/week, mostly weekends)
Starting Wage: $18.25/hr
Location: Kamloops, BC

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a great experience
- Check in customers, answer phones, book reservations, and process payments
- Help players enter/exit VR safely and teach basic game controls
- Keep the storefront and VR stations clean, organized, and presentable
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (cords, controllers, Steam/game launches, crashing/freezing)
- Complete opening/closing duties and daily task checklists





Qualifications

- 3–5 years customer service experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, etc.)
- Comfortable using a Windows PC (Windows 10/11)
- Able to learn software such as Steam and follow tech setup procedures
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: PC building/troubleshooting experience, VR knowledge, or gaming background
