MUST HAVE A VALID OMVIC LICENSE & SALES EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through walk-ins, referrals, outbound prospecting, and social media
- Conduct skilled needs assessments and recommend appropriate new or used vehicles




- Coordinate and conduct test drives
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM/lead management system
- Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure a premium customer experience and generate referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a high-volume environment

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience (preferred)
- Valid OMVIC License (required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Experience in building and maintaining a loyal client base is an asset
- Knowledge of current automotive trends and willingness to continue learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
