Swimstars is looking for a reliable and experienced swimming instructor to teach lessons at a private outdoor pool in South Surrey.

The instructor must be comfortable working with children of different ages and skill levels, including beginners. Responsibilities include teaching basic swimming skills, water safety, floating, kicking, breathing, and building confidence in the water.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and available to work 3–4 days per week. Shifts may be around 4-6+ hours per day.

Responsibilities include:

- Teaching private, semi-private, and small group swim lessons
- Creating a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment
- Helping children build confidence in the water
- Communicating professionally with parents
- Being punctual, reliable, and prepared for lessons




- Following pool safety rules at all times

Requirements:

- Previous swim instructor experience preferred
- Must be based in the Surrey/Langley area
- Comfortable teaching young children
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
- Must be confident in the water
- First Aid/CPR and valid swim instructor certification

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has strong swimming skills, and is looking for flexible part-time work during the summer season.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
