Job Summary

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Assist in food handling and preparation to support kitchen staff when needed, maintaining food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with food industry standards such as serving, food preparation, and guest services is highly valued
