Phi Skin Clinic is looking for a warm, experienced and highly organized Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team in a adaptable part-time role.

We’re looking for someone who is particularly strong in skincare, professional facial treatments and patient communication. The ideal candidate is confident discussing skin concerns, educating patients on skincare and treatments, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment a patient walks through the door.

This is a hybrid position combining hands-on treatments with patient and front-of-clinic support. Training on our specific treatment technologies will be provided to the right candidate after hire.

What You’ll Do

- Perform skilled and advanced facial treatments
- Consult with patients about their skin concerns, goals and treatment options
- Provide knowledgeable skincare education and recommendations
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients
- Support treatment planning, follow-up and patient education
- Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment documentation
- Support reception, scheduling, patient communication and check-in/check-out when needed
- Use Jane for scheduling, charting and patient management
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies
- Participate in training on additional medical aesthetic treatments and technologies
- Work collaboratively with our Medical Director and medical aesthetics team

What We’re Looking For

- Education or certification in aesthetics, medical aesthetics or advanced aesthetics
- Strong hands-on facial treatment experience
- Excellent knowledge of skincare, skin concerns and professional skincare products
- Confident providing skincare and treatment recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A naturally warm, welcoming and professional presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Comfortable balancing hands-on treatments with patient and front-of-clinic support
- Jane booking software experience is a strong asset
- Experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, spa or similar patient-facing environment is an asset

Experience with specific medical aesthetic devices is not required. Training on our technologies and treatment protocols will be provided to the right candidate.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time, with opportunity to grow into full-timePay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

Hours will initially vary based on patient bookings, treatment demand and clinic support needs. As the patient base grows, there is opportunity for the role to expand significantly and potentially develop into a full-time position.
