- Location: Burlington
- Pay: Starting at $18/hour, with top performers earning $20-$23/hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and prizes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Commitment to 40-45 hours per week, with weekend flexibility (weather dependent).
- A positive, coachable mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.

- Access to a full-time vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders.
