Join our expanding and dynamic team as our Registered Physiotherapist in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic! This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) comprehensive assessments, customized treatment plans , developing SMART and patient centered rehabilitation goals, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.

✓ Completion of a Bachelors’ or Masters’ Program in Physical Therapy from recognized Canadian or International University.

✓ Current registration in positive standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

✓ Proof of professional liability insurance.

✓ Active Assisted Devices Provider (ADP) license for mobility aids or intent to obtain ADP license from MOHLTC.

✓ Valid Drivers license and insurance

✓ Reliable vehicle

✓ Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months

Part-Time hours: 25-40 per week

Casual hours: Adaptable

Salary: From $ 42.00 – 55.00 per hour
