Job Overview
Nori Bento & Udon at UBC is looking for a udon machine operated/maker. Work in a positive, team minded environment with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Experience with noodle making machines, especially Yamato is required. However, if you have operated similar Japanese noodle machinery we are willing to train the right candidate. Positive learning attitude and team minded personality is an asset.
Duties
- Operate Yamato noodle machine
- Mix and proof noodle dough
- Use machine to cut noodles
- Clean machine after production
- Cook and serve udon to order
Requirements
- Experience operating the Yamato udon machine or similar
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience
