Junior Sales Closer – Payment Processing

We're a payment processing company on a mission to help US based businesses get paid faster, smarter, and for less. We're growing our sales team and looking for a hungry, coachable closer who's ready to build a real career in fintech sales.

What You'll Do

You'll take warm and inbound leads through the final stages of the sales cycle — presenting our solutions, handling objections, and getting deals across the line. You won't be cold calling all day. You'll be closing.

- Work a pipeline of pre-qualified merchants across industries
- Present tailored payment processing solutions (rates, equipment, integrations)
- Overcome objections around pricing, switching costs, and contracts
- Hit monthly revenue targets and earn uncapped commission
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding

Who You Are

- 1–2 years in sales, customer service,



or a similar client-facing role (payment processing experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Natural communicator who listens as much as they pitch
- Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient — you don't fold at the first "no"
- Comfortable learning technical product details quickly
- Hungry to earn and grow into a senior closer role
