Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all sanitation standards are met or exceeded
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen staff
- Organize and store clean items in designated areas for easy access during service
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately
- Follow safety protocols related to food handling and equipment operation to ensure a secure working environment




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices is a plus
- Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings can be advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
