We are a civil construction firm that is growing and currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join our company with the following skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site.
- Manual labor including shoveling, sweeping, raking, as well as operation of various power tools and equipment as required.
- Operate compaction equipment
- Spotting trucks and equipment to ensure safe operation

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
- Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary (8-12 hour shifts; 5-6 days a week).
- Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team setting.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- 3 years construction industry experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
- Must have an email address.
- Must have a smartphone with data
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
