Early Childhood Educator (ECE) & IT -0- 2 Years Experience

We are seeking outstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced ECE & IT Teachers with 0 - 2 years of experience who are passionate about working with young children in our Infant/Toddler and Preschool classrooms. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood learning theories, effective teaching strategies, and best practices in classroom management and guidance.

Successful applicants will bring creativity, energy, and warmth to their classrooms while fostering children’s growth and development. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a nurturing and resourceful approach, and a positive, independent mindset.

Location & Hours

CEFA Morgan Crossing
All centers operate from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Work schedules will vary within these hours, with advance notice provided.

Wage

- $21–$23 per hour, based on education and experience plus the Wage enhancement

Experience & Skills

- 0–2 years of relevant Canadian experience
- Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
- CEFA experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication

Job Requirements

- Valid BC ECE & IT / SN Certificate
- Cleared Criminal Record Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid Food Safe Certificate, or willingness to obtain one prior to the start date
- 19 years of age or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
