Day to Day Responsibilities – A Day in the Life

- Serve as the primary Intake Coordinator, guiding customers through the repair process from arrival to vehicle pickup
- Conduct vehicle walk-around, identify related and non-related damages, complete intake documentation, and take detailed photos
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair timelines, expectations, and next steps
- Manage appointments in a high-volume, fast-paced shop, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Prepare intake and delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with production managers, technicians, and sales managers to ensure repairs stay on track
- Communicate with insurance partners using various digital and communication platforms
- Assign work orders to technicians as required
- Inspect completed repairs and meet with customers upon vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Process customer payments, deductibles, and customer-pay work
- Maintain accurate records within the repair center and accounting systems
- Support front office operations with administrative tasks as needed





Candidate Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an auto body shop (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Automotive Customer Service Representative (required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, tactful, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and email

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,619.18-$55,000.00 per year
