Greenhills Country Club is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team. Our Servers play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests during daytime & evening operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys providing excellent service in a private club environment. Greenhills offers a variety of dining spaces, including our Café, Patio, Lounge, and Dining Room.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders and accurately entering information into the POS system (Tee On experience considered an asset)
- Serving food and beverages, including alcohol
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Completing opening, closing, and daily side duties
- Assisting with table setup, stocking, and sanitation duties
- Answering member and guest inquiries in a professional manner





Qualifications

- Previous serving experience preferred (1 year preferred)
- Smart Serve certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Golf knowledge is considered an asset but is not required
- Experience with POS systems is an asset
- Must have daytime availability, including weekends and holidays

Hours

Full-Time: 32–44 hours/week
Part-Time: 8–32 hours/week

Schedule:

- Primarily daytime shifts
- 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available
- Monday–Friday and weekend availability required
- Holiday availability may be required

Rate of Pay

Starting at minimum wage + tips
