Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality of our services and providing exceptional care to our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations.
- Assist in heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing.




- Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and industry standards to enhance service quality.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sales experience is beneficial for recommending additional services to customers.

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour
