Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding stock, orders, and general questions.
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve any issues related to orders.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift and move products as required in a warehouse setting.
