We are looking for a dedicated and motivated business partner to join our growing commercial cleaning company.
The ideal partner will manage day-to-day ground operations, including:
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Supervising cleaning staff
- Ensuring quality control and service standards
- Coordinating schedules and daily operations
- Maintaining client relationships
- Helping grow the business
Partnership Offered: 40% equity (subject to experience, commitment, and mutual agreement).
