Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This dynamic role combines guest service excellence with night-time administrative responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the accuracy of nightly financial and operational records. As a key face of our hotel, you will create a welcoming workplace, handle guest inquiries, and perform essential night audit procedures to support smooth hotel operations around the clock.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records
- Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks of the premises during night shifts




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a professional appearance
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring the dining area is stocked, clean, and ready for guests to enjoy.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and hotel management software efficiently
- Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
