Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance, logistics, and overall efficiency of our vehicle fleet. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure optimal fleet performance. This is a 4 day work week position, Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm.

Duties

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient fleet management.
- Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and costs.
- Analyze data related to fleet performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with drivers to address any concerns or issues related to vehicle operation.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and registered in accordance with local laws.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for fleet-related services.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role within logistics or transportation.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
