Responsibilities

- Take and accurately process orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and safety standards
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining balanced registers




- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, with familiarity using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of alcohol laws is a plus
