Lead Hand – Residential Custom & Development Foundations

Concrete Masters Construction Inc. – Ottawa, ON

$35–$40/hr | Full time

At Concrete Masters Construction Inc., we build exceptional residential custom homes and large-scale development foundations. Our team is dedicated to delivering superior craftsmanship, strong production results, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced Lead Hand who can take charge in the field, keep the crew moving, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

We're Seeking Individuals Who:

Can lead and motivate a crew of concrete formsetters and labourers
Drive production and keep the crew focused on completing daily and weekly targets
Communicate clearly with workers, foremen, and management
Can plan ahead, anticipate upcoming tasks, and keep work moving efficiently
Take responsibility for quality, productivity, and jobsite organization




Lead by example and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the crew
Can identify problems early and help find practical solutions
Maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere
Are dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility
Have robust experience with residential concrete foundations
Have previous experience with Duraform 1 1/8" concrete forming systems (required)
Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation (required)

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that being a Lead Hand is more than being the most experienced worker on the crew. You must be able to organize people, communicate expectations, keep production moving, maintain quality, and help the crew perform at its best.
