Overview
We are seeking a agile and detailed oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients. Some of the responsibilities are:

- Greet customers, book appointments, and answer basic questions
- Answer phones, organize faxes and operate cash register
- Proficient in using Kroll software as well as the Assyst POS system
- Count pills, labels bottles and compound medications as directed
- Take and track inventory, restock when needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Place orders for additional drugs as directed by the pharmacist
- Clean and sanitize the workspace area,



both behind the counter and outside

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is preferred.
- Computer literate and proficient in using software - Kroll
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience using Assyst POS systems
- Available to work flexible hrs on weekdays and weekends
