Are you looking for a long-term, full-time career with a growing distribution team? GigHound Inc. is hiring Warehouse Receiving Associates on behalf of a leading e-commerce distribution facility located in Guelph!

This is a 4-week Temp-to-Perm opportunity. You will start your trial period through GigHound with the direct goal of transitioning onto the client’s permanent full time payroll after 4 weeks.

Shift Schedule & Requirements:

- Mandatory Daytime Training (First 2 Weeks):Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Permanent Shift (After Training):Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Note: Candidates must be 100% available for both daytime training hours and the permanent overnight shift to be considered.Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Safely move, stage, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pump trucks, manual/electric pallet jacks).
- Perform active physical work including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling stock throughout 8-hour shifts.
- Collaborate with inventory and receiving teams to maintain a clean, organized, and safe floor.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control,



or warehouse operations.
- Tech Skills: Previous hands-on experience using RF scanners and/or a WMS.
- Safety Gear: Must own CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots ready for day one.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable commute for both 9:00 AM day shifts and 10:00 PM night shifts (personal vehicle preferred due to overnight transit schedules).
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work full-time (40 hours/week) in Canada long-term.

Pay: From $18.20 per hour
