Abra 3 Consulting is seeking experienced professionals looking for a flexible way to remain professionally active while using the skills and experience developed throughout their careers.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried corporate position. You will work remotely, manage your own schedule, and represent established personal and leadership development programs.

What You'll Do

- Connect with individuals interested in personal and leadership development
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations
- Share program information and respond to prospective client questions
- Follow up with interested individuals using established processes
- Manage your sales and marketing activities independently

Who We're Looking For

- 15+ years of professional experience in business, leadership, management, consulting, sales, marketing, education, coaching, or client services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using Zoom and basic online business tools
- Interest in leadership, personal development, and lifelong learning

Compensation





- Commission-based independent contractor opportunity
- No fixed salary or hourly wage
- Compensation is based on individual sales results
- Earnings vary according to individual activity and results, with no guaranteed level of income
