Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects on-site. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor site safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular inspections and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and guide on-site execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specified standards and contractual requirements.
- Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment usage, and waste disposal to optimize productivity and minimize delays.




- Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking costs and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Construction experience spanning multiple disciplines including framing, electrical, plumbing or similar trades is advantageous.
