We’re looking for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior 3rd Party Debt Collection Agents/ Debt Counsellors to work from the comfort of their home. Ideally, you will possess strong communication skills, be computer savvy, and be confident in your ability to speak to debtors regarding payments. Prior experience in collections is not required for a junior role.

In order to be eligible for employment, you must reside in a reasonable commuting distance to a TCR office in order to pick up your equipment.

Compensation in this role consists of an hourly wage, plus performance-based bonuses/commission/incentives. Base rate of pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
- Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts.
- Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances.
- Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection.
- Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities
- Explicit criminal background check and credit assessment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends on a rotating basis
- Secure enclosed space to work from home in




- Cell phone compatible with DuoMobile App for 2FA
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Drive and ability to meet targets
- Fluency in French is also considered an asset.
