Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional service and answering their inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product demos when applicable, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct upselling by suggesting complementary products and promoting current promotions to enhance customer purchases.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing stock areas, and conducting basic inventory counts.




- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing POS operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
