You’ll be part of a team that manufactures high-quality precast concrete products from start to finish.

- Prepare moulds and forms for concrete pours
- Place rebar, inserts, and components based on drawings
- Pour, strip, patch, and finish concrete products
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Work safely with tools, cranes, and forklifts
- Keep your workspace clean,



organized, and efficient

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in construction or manufacturing
- Experience with concrete or rebar is a strong asset
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to read basic drawings
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and team mindset
- Forklift and crane certification considered an asset

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced plant environment. You’ll be on your feet, working with your team, and contributing to daily production goals.
