Our dance school and aftercare centre are looking for an after-school program assistant with experience with school-aged children. Knowledgeable, reliable, self-motivated, works well within a team & independently, positive, excellent communicator, and genuine care for children and their families.
- Assist children in washroom routines, dressing and meal/snack activities
- Follow all health guidelines specified by Toronto Public Health
- Continually maintain and organize the classroom to create a clean and welcoming learning environment that fosters learning and cooperation
- Model positive adult/child relationships
- Walking children from school to aftercare
- Managing activities until pick-up time
- Hours are approximately 2:30 PM until 6 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
