- Translating client requirements into logical call-handling workflows, scripts, decision trees, escalation procedures, and message-taking instructions.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather account requirements and accurately implement solutions.
- Updating existing account programming when client information, schedules, contacts, or service requirements change.
- Testing new account configurations and changes prior to release to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Troubleshooting account programming issues and resolving configuration-related problems.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, change logs, testing results, and account records.
- Creating scheduled and ad hoc reports using existing reporting tools and templates.
- Deactivating cancelled accounts in a controlled and timely manner.

- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Assets (Not Required)
