About the Role

We are currently looking for a 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join a busy and growing automotive service facility in Mississauga, ON.

This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting and is looking for a stable, full-time position with competitive pay.

We welcome technicians with experience in general automotive repair, dealership service, independent repair shops, fleet maintenance, diagnostics, electrical systems, or mechanical repairs.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair passenger vehicles and light-duty vehicles.
- Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics using scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, steering, cooling, exhaust, and drivetrain systems.
- Perform engine performance and drivability diagnostics.
- Complete routine maintenance and scheduled services.
- Perform oil changes, tire services, fluid services, battery replacement, and other maintenance work.
- Diagnose starting and charging systems, including batteries, starters, and alternators.
- Identify vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repair.
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend required maintenance or repairs.
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.




- Road-test vehicles when required to verify repairs.
- Accurately document work completed on repair orders.
- Work with the Service Advisor and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence.
- Automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using automotive scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- Own tools.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude.
