KingsGuard Security Inc. is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Guard for a permanent construction site. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and self-motivated individual who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

This is a long-term, permanent assignment, ideal for someone seeking consistent hours and stable employment. A reliable vehicle is required, as the site is not easily accessible by public transit.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the construction site to prevent theft, trespassing, and vandalism.
- Monitor all site access points and verify the identity of contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter the construction site.
- Complete detailed patrol reports and incident reports using a mobile reporting system.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Monitor site equipment, materials, and fencing for any signs of damage or unauthorized access.
- Enforce site safety rules and security procedures.
- Report hazards, suspicious activity,



or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
- Previous experience in construction site security is considered an asset.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed reports.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
