Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant workplace, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality in every dish.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure standards are met
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.




- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, multitasking and prioritising tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (recommended)
