Residential & Post-Construction Cleaning Technician

Residential & Post-Construction Cleaning Technician

Job Type

- Part-time to start
- Prospect for full-time hours as needed
- Flexible scheduling may be available depending on workload

Responsibilities

Cleaning technicians will be responsible for a variety of residential and post-construction cleaning tasks, including:

- Detailed residential cleaning
- Post-construction and final clean preparation
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and surfaces
- Removing construction dust and debris
- Spot cleaning walls, trim, and baseboards
- Reporting deficiencies or damages when noticed
- Following company safety procedures and job site requirements
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and site supervisors
- Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

Applicants must:

- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented




- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to complete a criminal background check
- Be comfortable working around cleaning products and wearing PPE when required
- Have strong communication and time management skills

Preferred (but not required)

- Previous residential or post-construction cleaning experience
- Experience working on active construction sites
- WHMIS or safety training
