Receptionist for Dog/Cat Daycare

Sublime Cat N’ Canine is a busy, family-style doggy daycare and cat boarding facility located in South Edmonton. We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented receptionist with a strong focus on customer experience to join our amazing Sublime team.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional service to pet parents — both in-person and over the phone/email — by offering warm welcomes, daily updates, and genuine care
- Care for dogs and cats with kindness, attention to detail, and respect for their individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.
- Assist in daily routines including feeding, cleaning, and client check-ins/check-outs
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure each pet’s stay is safe, happy, and enriching




- Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with both teammates and clients

Experience & Requirements

- Previous experience in a pet care, customer service, veterinary, or kennel setting is strongly preferred
- Must be confident around dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Cat handling experience is a plus
- We will train the right person who shows genuine passion and the right attitude * Please do not call or visit in person — our front desk team is busy caring for clients and their pets*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
