We are seeking a licensed Relief Pharmacist to cover a 5-day assignment at our Strathmore location. This role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate prescription dispensing, and providing patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment.

Assignment Dates: August 17 – 21 (Monday to Friday)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately check, verify, and dispense prescriptions (approx. 160 Rxs/day).
- Provide clinical consultations and medication counseling to patients.
- Supervise pharmacy operations in compliance with Alberta regulations.
- Collaborate with the on-site Pharmacy Assistant to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory and handle administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

- Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Alberta (in good standing).




- Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software is required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a moderate-volume setting.
