Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Access Representative specialized in Fibre Builds to join our team. In this role, you will be the key liaison responsible for coordinating access to properties for fibre optic infrastructure installation and maintenance. Duties

- Engage with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to negotiate access permissions for fibre build projects.
- Coordinate scheduling of property access appointments, ensuring timely execution aligned with project timelines.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and inspections to verify property conditions and identify potential access challenges.
- Utilize sales and marketing techniques to promote project benefits and foster positive relationships with property representatives.
- Leverage telemarketing skills to follow up on access requests, confirm appointments, and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as construction, engineering, and customer service to streamline access processes.




- Maintain accurate records of all property access activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Experience

- Proven experience in technical sales, inside sales, or B2B sales within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Robust negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in marketing or telemarketing roles that involve customer engagement and persuasion.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking interactions and managing sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, especially in negotiating property access or similar agreements.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to support diverse community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure positive interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
