Sales Consultant

Cariboo Ford Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. If you enjoy a fast paced fun environment this is place for you. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences for our customers and working with us to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealership.

What do we expect from our Sales Consultants?

- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of vehicles.
- Exceeding customers' expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience amazing.
- Expanding our customer network by promoting and developing new business.
- Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding our products and marketing competition.
- Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by professionally representing the Ford brand.

What should you possess?

- Minimum one (1) year of automotive sales experience with a proven track record of results, is an asset but not required, training provided.




- A passion desire to keep up with the latest vehicle technologies.
- A outstanding attitude towards customer service.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
- Commitment to drive sales and achieving store targets
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- A passion for social media.

Other Requirements:

- A valid BC driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required for this role.
