MacLean & Associates Inc. is Canada’s Capital Auction House, specializing in professional auctions, appraisals, and full-service estate downsizing. Because we work with all major trust companies throughout Ottawa and Toronto, our team operates with uncompromising integrity, discretion, and care.

We are hiring a Field Operations Lead, a critical position requiring a strong, organized leader who is ready to direct field operations, guide off-site teams, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities Include

- Supervising all off-site operations (downsizing and pack-ups).
- Leading, delegating, and ensuring the efficient execution of all projects.
- Valuating items suitable for auction (antiques, artwork, silver, etc.).
- Keeping track of past, current, and upcoming projects.

Requirements

- Reliable Transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle,



and be willing to drive to various project sites across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- Industry Knowledge: Positive knowledge of items including antiques, artwork, silver, and collectibles.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational ability, with experience managing teams.
- Load Management: Ability to handle high-volume multitasking and manage large workloads.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Creative thinking and strong on-site problem-solving skills.
- Communication: High integrity, discretion, and strong communication skills.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and maintain high energy levels throughout full-day off-site operations.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
