Duties:

- As a brand ambassador you will represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy

- Showcase our luxury vehicle lineup with enthusiasm and expertise

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Provide exceptional sales support by answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues

- Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities

-Remain uptodate with product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz Vehicles and all competitive products and services





- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Experience:

- Current OMVIC Sales License

- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand

- Strong sales support skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customer base

- Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and Saturdays)
