CX Construction is a growing general contractor serving the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in residential, commercial, and public-sector construction projects, delivering high-quality workmanship through robust project management, transparent communication, and reliable execution.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from pre-construction planning through project close-out
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Monitor project financial performance, including change orders and cost control
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and site issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications





- Minimum 1-3 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or public-sector construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites within the GTA
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken) is required
