Job Description:

- This is a full-time position.
- Reconcile cash, credit card, sales, and refund transactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports, journal entries, and month-end closing reports.
- Monitor BSP/CASS settlements and process ADMs, ACMs, and refunds.
- Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle credit card disputes and inquiries within required deadlines.
- Review invoices and process payments.
- Perform tax filing, ICH reconciliation,



and monthly closing activities.
- Issue cheques and maintain accounting records.
- Provide administrative and accounting support as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with BSP/CASS or airline accounting systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $3,224.00 per month
