Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a Wash Bay Attendant to join our team at Hickman Motors in Gander. If you are an energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude, a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, and a desire to succeed, we would love to have you.

Responsibilities:

- Clean/detail cars for delivery to customers.

- Fill in for shuttle driver as needed.

- Transportation of vehicles as needed.

- Assists in ensuring the neat appearance of the dealership (e.g., pick up litter, shovel snow off vehicles, wipe off showroom vehicles, clean offices & windows).

- Empty garbage in service area and help with lot presentation, snow clearing, etc.

- Clean / detail used cars for lot.

- Detail to vehicle appearance, re-conditioning both inside and out.

- Run miscellaneous errands for the dealership.

- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high level of customer service.

- Possess a valid NL Driver's License (ability to operate standard transmission vehicles is considered an asset).

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to handle a variety of tasks.

- Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision.

- Knowledge of wash bay procedures.

- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling equipment and chemicals.

- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.

- Energetic and have good discretion to vehicle detailing.

- Experience considered an asset.
