Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods across all channels
- Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues promptly to prevent delays
- Manage inventory levels through accurate forecasting and real-time stock management systems
- Lead and motivate logistics staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies in logistics operations
- Analyze logistics performance metrics regularly to identify areas for process enhancements and cost savings

Skills

- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics leadership roles with a strong understanding of transportation and warehouse operations




- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
