Cumberland Villas is a 55+ independent living community with 94 condominiums. We are proud to offer lifestyle amenities such as meals, housekeeping, local transit, and enriching activities to our residents. We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Casual Night Shift Supervisor and/or Evening Shift Supervisor.

Position Details

- Night Shift Supervisor: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Evening Shift Supervisor: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine wellness and security checks throughout the building.
Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance.
Assist residents with non-personal care needs.
Deliver meals when needed.
Complete light housekeeping and cleaning duties in common areas.
Perform laundry duties as assigned.
Monitor building security and ensure doors and entrances remain secure.
Accurately complete daily logs, reports, and required documentation.
Communicate resident concerns or maintenance issues to management.
Assist with emergency procedures when required.
Work collaboratively with fellow staff to provide outstanding resident service

Qualifications:
Clear Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector.




Previous experience working with seniors is considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
