Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional items or upgrades by highlighting perks aligned with customer preferences
- Manage transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Follow up with customers via phone or in-person to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, product inventory, and customer interactions

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills (especially in English plus another language) are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems will be considered a plus
