What You’ll Be Doing

- Jump into action for water, fire, and storm emergencies — extracting water, cleaning up fire damage, and tackling mold like a pro.
- Demolish and clear damaged areas so the rebuild magic can happen.
- Help with the rebuild: framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized (because tripping over tools is not heroic).
- Follow project plans, operate equipment safely, and document your work like a champ.
- Communicate with clients and teammates with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in restoration, construction, or trades preferred — but we’ll train the right hero-in-the-making.
- Bonus points if you have IICRC certifications.
- Strong work ethic,



attention to detail, and the ability to keep cool under pressure.
- Physical strength and stamina (lifting 50+ lbs and working in all kinds of environments).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
