About Us:

Hii Pot is Calgary’s newest semi-self-service hotpot restaurant—modern, fast, and full of flavor. We’re looking for hard-working, team-oriented Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to support our back-of-house operations. If you take pride in preparing clean, fresh food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook hotpot ingredients following portion and quality standards

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

· Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift

· Support dishwashing duties when needed

· Follow food safety and hygiene standards

· Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team

· Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

· Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor

· Work night shifts as needed (up to 2:00 AM on weekends)

Job Requirements:





· Previous kitchen experience preferred

· Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain)

· Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

· Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed

· Fluent in English;

· Team player with a positive attitude
